Can you tell us something about yourself?
After high school in Alkmaar, I started studying Logistics engineering at Windesheim in Zwolle. During the course you will learn everything about logistics processes in combination with business administration. During the course you come into contact with all kinds of logistics and I have done assignments for well-known production and logistics companies, but my interest lies mainly in road transport. I also occasionally drive the truck myself. 1 to 2 days a week I get behind the wheel of an LHV. Besides the fact that I like working on the truck, it gives me insight into the supply chain. I use that knowledge to improve the TMS of ONEtobeONE.

What are your duties at ONEtobeONE?
I participate in the entire system, but my focus is on the TMS. Transport companies must be able to plan, carry out and handle their transport quickly and easily. In addition, we give them access to the network of ONEtobeONE so that both they and their partners are fully informed and quickly have unambiguous information. The system must be intuitive, but complete. I make sure that all functionalities are available, and are easy to use.

In addition, I have a lot of contact with customers of ONEtobeONE. I support them in their use and help them with questions. By analyzing customer experiences, I can improve our system every time. I appreciate the involvement of our customers. It is only through their feedback that we can tailor our TMS to their needs.

Can you tell us something about the TMS?
ONEtobeONE offers a complete TMS. In ONEtobeONE you can manage your vehicles, create rate structures, upload transport orders automatically, plan on multiple levels, upload CMRs directly, send invoices, easily display management information and so much more!
